Christopher Robert Evans was born on June 13, 1980. His career began with roles in television series, such as in Opposite Sex in 2000. Evans was a household name because of his performance as the Human Torch Marvel Comics character in the 2005 film Fantastic Four, and the sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans is also seen in film adaptations based on comics such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). Evans' portrayal as Steve Rogers/Captain America is in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in the Marvel Cinematic Universe films Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, 2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016) and Avengers: Infinity War (2018) in addition to Endgame 2019, brought him more recognition. The Marvel universe, the role as Captain Steve Rogers and Captain America helped him become the top-paid actor in the world.
